Role Overview
AGC General Trading LLC is seeking a Shipping and Logistics Coordinator to manage shipments from supplier readiness through final delivery, proof of delivery, and document-file closure.
This is a hands-on operational and documentation-control position, not a freight-sales, local-delivery-only, or general administrative role.
Employment and Workplace
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, UAE.
- The advertised salary is AED 4,000 to AED 7,000 per month.
Shipment Coordination
- Manage sea-freight FCL and LCL, road, airfreight, courier, import, export, re-export, transit, bonded, and cross-trade shipments.
- Coordinate suppliers, customers, forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, warehouses, transporters, and inspection companies.
- Confirm vessel schedules, ETD, ETA, cut-off dates, transit times, free time, and clearance timelines.
- Coordinate shipping instructions, container release, customs clearance, delivery orders, cargo release, and final delivery.
Tracking and Reporting
- Maintain a master shipment tracker with cargo location, readiness dates, booking details, ETD, ETA, vessel information, documentation status, risks, and next actions.
