AGF Rebar is looking for a dynamic Shipping Coordinator to join our team!

This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position based at our Ottawa office.

About the Role - Your main responsibilities will include:

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily shipping schedules and dispatch procedures;
• Coordinate with other departments and supply chain units for seamless operations;
• Communicate with third-party haulage companies and customers;
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and maintain accurate dispatch records;
• Prepare reports (progress, fuel, etc.) and shipping documents for next-day deliveries;
• Quickly resolve shipping-related issues to maintain service quality;
• Perform other duties as required to support the shipping department.
