Reporting to the Underground Project Manager, the Shift Boss is responsible for providing statutory supervision and leadership to underground mining crews, ensuring all activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with mine plans and legislative requirements.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive a strong safety culture, achieve production objectives, and coordinate daily underground operations while supporting the development of a high-performing workforce.
