Shift Supervisor - Production

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of production activities during their assigned shift. Their primary responsibility is to oversee production processes, adhere to safety protocols, and maintain productivity according to established standards and procedures. Without this position, the organization would struggle to maintain efficient production operations during specific shifts.

Keep workforce engaged and productive.

Decision making based on Process parameters.

Effective planning of different manpower to sustain and improve productions on ongoing basis.

Work effectively with all levels of employees.

Maintain good housekeeping.

Inform any spares/consumable requirement in case shortage to shift in charge.

Documentation & Record keeping

Coordination Skill

Authorization to sign gate passes for necessary materials or equipment

Responsibility for reporting production and safety-related issues to Shift Incharge or higher management

Work allotment of juniors and contractual helper through the manager of the contractor or contractor deployed at plant

To review and authorize attendance, provided by contract supervisors and sanction leaves of juniors
