What you'll do

As Shift Supervisor, you will provide hands-on leadership for production teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing operations. You will coordinate daily production activities, optimize staffing and scheduling, maintain quality and HSE standards, monitor performance against KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This is an opportunity to take ownership of manufacturing excellence while developing people and delivering meaningful business results.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for a motivated and accountable manufacturing leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment. You bring strong leadership skills, a commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to coach and develop teams while achieving operational goals. You enjoy solving problems, driving continuous improvement, and taking ownership of both production outcomes and employee development.

You'll also need

5+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing

Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience

Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment

Strong understanding of quality, safety, and housekeeping standards

Ability to manage production schedules and staffing priorities

Experience working cross-functionally with maintenance, supply chain, and operations teams

Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement capabilities

Excellent communication and leadership skills
