Shift Supervisor - Cobequid Toll Plaza

Location: Cobequid Pass Toll Plaza, Great Village, Nova Scotia

Working Hours: 12 Hour rotating shift; 0500-1700, 1700-0500 hours

Wage: $24.00 per hour

While duties may vary, the responsibilities of this role may include, but are not limited to:

• Supervising and leading employees on assigned shifts
• Effectively coach, motivate and provide feedback when necessary
• Ensuring compliance with “ Atlantic Highway Management Corporation’s Standard, ” as well as Operating Procedures, Site Work Instructions, CNS Policy and Procedures, and other related documents
• Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of communication, including all Incident Reports
• Completing service activity reports for all equipment malfunctions in the lanes
• Collecting money from Toll Collectors and submitting accurate bank deposits
• Resolving/addressing all complaints in a timely, professional, and satisfactory manner
