Shift Operations Manager

• Must have proven Shift Operations Management experience in a high-volume service driven operation

• Strong budgetary experience – including formulation and analysis

• Strong, proven project and change management with quantifiable results

• Will have excellent team building, leadership and motivational skills

• The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of the interaction between their own department and other key functions such as Stock and Systems, HR and Finance
