The Role will be responsible for planning weekly and daily volumes in line with stock flows, Budget / Forecast, effective allocation of resources working in partnership with all other process managers on shift. You will maintain accurate stock files on the warehouse management system and supply accurate information via the support roles to the customer and on-site senior management team.

Supporting the Department Operations Manager in development of the commercial relationship
Budget/Financial:
Responsibility for the operational staffing and operational admin budget on shift.
Manage the P.I targets for area of responsibility and drive efficiencies up and lost time down.

Compliance to all SLA’s and contractual KPI’s.
Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
Previous experience working a Supervisory or Managerial role.
Ability to monitor and improve staff performance against targets in a busy environment.
PC literate (Microsoft Office).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to deal with multiple tasks and to prioritise work of others.
Able to make judgemental decisions regarding safety and operational issues.
