Shift Manager

Primary responsibilities

• Direct line activities to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale objectives.
• Manage staffing, training, recruitment, employee events, safety observations, and corrective actions.
• Ensure quality checks, product specifications, process audits, and right-first-time production.
• Drive root cause analysis, corrective action plans, improvement projects, and skills-matrix training.
• Lead Line Leaders and technical support teams while maintaining employee relations.
• Manage AM, PM, IL6S, daily management, performance-gap, maintenance, and production-planning processes.
• Control labour costs, timekeeping, productivity data, KPIs, and performance reporting.

Work schedule

• The position operates on a 12-hour continental shift rotation including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary and benefits

• Expected base salary is CAD 84,500 to CAD 105,650 per year.
• The position is eligible for a bonus program with an 8% target and possible overachievement.
