- Monitor EGM performance and ensure machines are functioning correctly
- Coordinate with technical teams for timely troubleshooting and maintenance
- Supervise shift staff, assign tasks, and oversee adherence to operational procedures
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare shift reports, and communicate operational issues to senior management
- Interact with internal stakeholders to support smooth operations and uphold service standards
Requirements
- Strong operational management abilities, including shift supervision, task allocation, and performance monitoring
- Experience with technical or automated systems, ideally including EGM or similar electronic equipment operations and basic troubleshooting
- Proficiency in reporting, record keeping, and using standard office and operational software tools
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to follow and enforce procedures, safety standards, and regulatory or compliance requirements
- Strong problem solving, decision making, and organizational skills
- High school diploma required; a diploma or degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work on site in Dubai on a part time schedule, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

- Monitor performance metrics, prepare shift reports, and communicate operational issues to senior management

Qualifications
- Strong operational management abilities, including shift supervision, task allocation, and performance monitoring
- Experience with technical or automated systems, ideally including EGM or similar electronic equipment operations and basic troubleshooting
- Proficiency in reporting, record keeping, and using standard office and operational software tools
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
