Role Overview
As Shift Manager, you will be responsible for managing the manufacturing process from goods-in to goods-out, ensuring customer expectations are consistently met in terms of quality, service, and delivery.
You will lead a team through two direct reports, driving safety, performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement while maintaining cost control.
**role works on a 4 on 4 off pattern, of 2 x 12 hour days and 2 x 12 hour nights.
This rotates 7 times, then there are 18 days off.

- Deliver KPI targets across Health & Safety, Quality, Waste, Productivity, Housekeeping, and Team Development.
- Coach, support, and develop team members to maximise capability and performance.
- Lead training and development activities across the department.
- Conduct incidents and accident investigations.
