Al Ghalia is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee boutique operations, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional guest service in Riyadh. Requires product knowledge, upselling skills, and ability to manage inventory and cash operations.

Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up the boutique for operation prior to opening
- Support the FOH Team in opening and closing processes
- Ensure full compliance with all statutory and legal requirements including health and safety, fire, licensing, and food handling
- Maintain thorough understanding of LAP and Al Ghalia's brand philosophy and operations
- Handle guest enquiries courteously and efficiently
- Assist with bespoke cake orders, identify and process orders in the system
- Possess full product knowledge to assist with correspondence, order taking, and quantity estimations
- Lead by example by actively upselling menu items and offering suitable alternatives
- Ensure the boutique and surrounding areas are kept clean and organised at all times
- Check opening and closing inventory stock of displayed items as required
- Assist the Cashier with any end of day report enquiries
- Report for duty punctually in correct uniform and adhere to grooming and hygiene standards

Key Responsibilities
- Boutique Readiness & Compliance: Assist in setting up the boutique for operation prior to opening, support the FOH Team in opening and closing processes, ensure full compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
- Standards & Brand Knowledge: Maintain thorough understanding of LAP and Al Ghalia's brand philosophy and operations.
- Guest Service & Order Management: Handle guest enquiries courteously and efficiently, assist with bespoke cake orders, identify and process orders in the system.
- Upselling & Product Knowledge: Possess full product knowledge, lead by example by actively upselling menu items.
- Workplace & Equipment Upkeep: Ensure boutique and surrounding areas are clean and organised, report any deficiencies.
- Inventory & Cash Operations: Check opening and closing inventory stock, assist Cashier with end of day report enquiries.
- Team Conduct & Appearance: Report for duty punctually in correct uniform, adhere to grooming and hygiene standards.
- Reporting & Briefings: Assist in preparing points for daily briefings and support Supervisor in compiling incident reports.
Compensation
- Pay: SAR 6,000.00 SAR 10,000.00 per month
