Shift Leader

We’ve got a fantastic opportunity for a Shift Leader to join our store team and help keep our business running smoothly every day.

As a Shift Leader, you’ll step up in the absence of the store’s leadership team to take responsibility for the safe, legal, and effective running of the store. You'll bring a "sleeves rolled up" mindset, using your initiative to solve problems, support your colleagues, and make sure our standards stay high.

As one of our Shift Leaders, you’ll be on hand to:

Put customers first : Take real pride in improving the customer journey, helping remove barriers, and creating moments that matter across all areas of the store.

Lead a 'one team' approach : Coach, guide, and support colleagues on the shift, building strong relationships and fostering a warm, helpful team spirit.

Keep standards high, safe, and legal : Open and close the store, manage security systems, and embed strict adherence to safe and legal working practices.

Drive operational standards : Follow operational guidance to ensure the store is always ready for trade, dealing calmly with emergencies, enforcement visits, or unexpected changes.

Look after sales and stock : Keep waste and stock loss to a minimum through careful stock rotation and handling, making sure our shelves are full and ready for our customers.
