Our Managers/ Shift Leaders can lead in both the Back of the House (BOH) and Front of the House (FOH).

• Arrive at 6am to open the stand. Shift length can be 6-8 hours long.
• Setting up the stand which includes Stocking the stations, ordering, inventory, cash handling and food safety walk.
• Being responsible and in charge of the stand while the GM is not present.
