Operate and monitor MEP systems including Electrical, HVAC, DG sets, UPS, Lifts, STP/WTP, Fire systems, and Plumbing
Ensure all equipment runs as per manufacturer guidelines and SOPs
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities
Maintain logbooks, checklists, and equipment records
Attend to equipment breakdowns and technical faults during the shift
Identify root causes and carry out immediate corrective actions
Escalate major issues to senior management/vendor teams
Ensure minimum downtime of all critical systems
Take and hand over charge during shift change with proper documentation
Ensure continuous availability of utilities (power, water, HVAC, etc.)

Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
2–5 years of experience in Facility Management / Commercial Properties
