Key Responsibilities

• Manage electromechanical and utilities services with the technician team.
• Prepare and implement planned preventive maintenance programs.
• Inspect the site regularly for risks and defects.
• Review subordinate staff work and provide guidance.
• Track assets under defect liability, AMC, and CAMC agreements.
• Support hiring, training, and development of engineering and maintenance staff.
• Monitor budgets, SLAs, KPIs, agreements, invoices, vendor quotations, and cost sheets.
• Coordinate vendor meetings and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Plan energy conservation activities and maintain readings, checklists, logbooks, and equipment history cards.
• Handle major complaints, risk assessments, system-failure analysis, corrective plans, emergency plans, and evacuation drills.
• Maintain engineering reports and coordinate required closures with regional, head-office, subject-matter, and training teams.
• Ensure work permits and safe working practices are followed.
