You are expected to stay current with evolving technologies and actively contribute to upgrading the team’s technology stack

Support the growth of junior team members through technical mentorship and knowledge sharing

Balance development of new solutions with maintenance and support of existing tools to ensure reliability and performance

You hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field Five or more years of software development experience with a strong track record of working from ambiguous requirements to well-defined solutions You have proven full-stack development skills including: You are a system design expertise with experience building complex systems and improving existing architectures Strong JavaScript skills and experience building modern single-page applications; experience with Vue.js preferred Backend programming skills with project experience; knowledge of C# and .NET is a plus Strong relational database skills including schema design, querying, and performance tuning You have the willingness and availability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally Preferred experience in operational or industrial software domains, especially safety-related applications you are familiar with operations research, mathematical modeling, and data science concepts Experience designing and building ETL pipelines
