About the Role
Schlumberger is seeking a SHE Specialist I to drive safety culture and ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards in the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities
- Follow safety policies to provide a safe workplace and support Goal Zero principles
- Drive culture of safety and report safety observations/incidents
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory and ChampionX SHE standards for Saudi
- Manage site Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and support Crisis Management Plan (CMP)
- Manage compliance of HSE training plans and deliver training as required
- Implement and maintain SHEQ documents adhering to local regulations
- Organize, lead, and conduct external/internal audits for Integrated Management Systems
- Lead investigation of incidents and injuries, and prepare analyses of causes
- Manage inspection of regional facilities to detect potential hazards
- Oversee Industrial Hygiene program and Contractor Qualification, Evaluation and Safety Program
- Compile and analyze SHEQ statistics and incident reports, issue monthly reports
Requirements
- Experience in safety, health, and environmental management
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
- Ability to conduct audits and incident investigations
- Familiarity with local regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia
- Experience with HSE training and program management

- Observe safety and quality procedures and proper use of equipment and material.

- Ensure compliance of local regulatory and ChampionX Safety, Health and Environmental standards for Saudi.
- Ensures timely completion of all government agency and corporate safety, health, & environmental reporting.
- Responsible for site Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
- Supports management in Crisis Management Plan (CMP).
- Manage compliance of HSE training plans and programs and delivery training.
- Understand the components of the SHEQ Management Systems; maintain accurate data.
