SHE Manager - Response and Technology

Bachelor’s degree.

5+ years of project-management support experience.

Demonstrated ability to manage projects, priorities, stakeholders, and time in a matrixed environment.

Strong written communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills.

Working knowledge of relevant Safety, Health and Environment practices and technology developments.

Proficiency with AI-enabled tools, Microsoft 365 applications, and Adobe Express, Acrobat Sign, and Acrobat Pro.

Certification or formal training in OSHA, Lean Six Sigma, or National Safety Council practices.

Some experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, a regulated corporate environment, or a Safety, Health and Environment function.

Experience administering or supporting SharePoint, Workvivo, Veeva Vault, incident-management systems, or comparable enterprise platforms.

Experience developing service-level measures, knowledge-management practices, adoption metrics, or user-support processes.

Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $105,710- $125,000 USD Annual. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles).
