Provide strategic safety leadership and risk-based guidance to the Senior Leadership Team, supporting informed decision-making and organizational safety objectives.

Develop, implemented, and maintained safety management processes that established clear accountability across all levels of the organization.

Design and strengthened governance frameworks to improve cross-functional integration, enhance operational alignment, and address identified procedural and operational gaps.

Responsible for providing strategic Health, Safety, and Wellbeing leadership across programme delivery, with a strong emphasis on visible leadership, technology and innovation adoption, welfare standards, and supervisor competency. Serve as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, supporting the safe, effective, and reliable transfer of programme activities. Key responsibilities include, strengthening foundational Health, Safety, and Wellbeing systems across multiple delivery partners through the implementation of simplified, practical, and sustainable frameworks that improved operational discipline and delivery performance. The role also involved developing targeted safety interventions, delivering strategic risk insights, and advising senior leadership on matters relating to safety performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
