Qualifications & Competencies

• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant nonprofit administrative experience, including program coordination, or similar administrative role.
• Able to engage and work with individuals and organizations of diverse backgrounds
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Solution-oriented, able to think creatively to address challenges and obstacles
• Impeccable sense of professionalism and ability to positively represent the organization
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite & Zoom.
• Office experience, including data entry, typing & strong phone skills.
• Excellent time management skills; the ability to coordinate and organize multiple activities.
• Flexibility and willingness to adjust and respond to changing situations.
• Interest in social and restorative justice, passion for serving communities
• Preferred but not Required:
• Familiarity with gender justice work and/or analysis
• Experience with community organizing

Work Schedule/Location

• Hours: M-F, 19 hrs per week (some evenings and weekends required for programs and events)

Compensation

• $28-$30 per hour
