Third Shift
10PM-6AM
Perform machine set-ups and changeovers on production equipment to support manufacturing schedules and quality standards.
Inspect and verify first-piece production using blueprints, specifications, gauges, and measuring equipment.
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, making adjustments to maintain productivity and product quality.
Train and support machine operators on set-up requirements, work instructions, and quality checks.
Complete and maintain accurate production, inspection, and set-up documentation.
Conduct equipment inspections and report any safety, quality, or maintenance concerns.
Follow all safety procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives within the production area.
•High school diploma or GED required. • Minimum 1 year of machine set-up, machine operation, maintenance, tooling, or related manufacturing experience. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation. • Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment. • Ability to troubleshoot equipment and process issues to maintain quality and productivity. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and meet the physical requirements of a manufacturing environment.
