Set Up Operator - Day Shift

· High School Diploma or equivalent required.

· Previous experience in a manufacturing machine setup role required

· Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

· Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or setup sheets.

· Knowledge of production equipment, tools, and safety procedures.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

· Good communication and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to lift to 60 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

· Productivity: Efficient use of time and resources to meet operational targets.

This includes following escalation processes as guidelines are provided by the Maintenance Supervisor.

· Teamwork: Communicates effectively and works collaboratively within diverse teams.
