Drive the gathering and reuse of Oracle intellectual property, case studies, implementation examples and best practices to strengthen customer proposals.
Create and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer priorities, Oracle CSS growth strategies and initiatives, using AI to identify whitespace and expansion potential to uncover high-value growth opportunities.
Maintain a strong pipeline, manage complex opportunities and consistently contribute to sales targets.
Stay informed on market trends, including AI, cloud, cybersecurity, data, applications, digital transformation and future Oracle solution development.

The ideal candidate will have:
6+ years of relevant field sales experience, ideally in enterprise technology, consulting services, managed services, customer success, cloud services or enterprise software.
Proven success selling services-led solutions, including generating leads, developing proposals, nurturing opportunities and closing transactions.
Strong understanding of Oracle or comparable enterprise technology environments, including cloud, AI, enterprise applications, infrastructure, data and digital transformation.
Ability to connect customer needs and challenges to a set of Oracle CSS solutions, including cross-solution or technically complex services engagements.
Confidence engaging with CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, board members and senior business executives.
Strong consultative selling, discovery, storytelling, presentation and executive communication skills.
Experience developing and executing strategic account plans for major accounts, including competitive positioning, implementation references and future roadmap considerations.
Ability to develop strong internal relationships and collaborate effectively across Sales, Cloud, Support, Delivery and development teams and partner organisations.
Commercial negotiation, proposal development, opportunity management and pipeline discipline.
Ability to act as a leading individual contributor and team member, providing direction, coaching or mentoring to others where appropriate.
High levels of ownership, curiosity, resilience, self-motivation and comfort working on non-routine, complex opportunities.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
