- Operate as a strategic advisor to customers, shaping business outcomes and driving adoption roadmaps
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction
- Manage and lead the sales process for technical service offerings
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to enhance understanding and improve joint customer engagement
- Develop new Services offerings specific to the Middle East market
- Provide guidance and support to technical sales engineers and account managers
- Work with Delivery Teams and Enterprise Architect to validate service offers
- Regularly assess and improve team collaboration
Requirements
- 8 10 years of experience in sales or technical consulting roles
- Strong expertise in service offerings and solutions
- Proven experience in pre sales and sales of sizable service engagements
- Experience in contract and Statement of Work (SOW) development
- Demonstrated ability to lead large transformational engagements using disruptive technologies
- Ability to assess customer technical environments and build proposals
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with sales and delivery teams
- Experience in customer relationship management and improving customer satisfaction
- Drive the success of Professional Services by managing and forecasting bookings
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively

Your Role
- Operate as a strategic advisor to customers, shaping business outcomes and driving adoption roadmaps.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Manage and lead the sales process for technical service offerings.
