Role Description

As a Services Sales Executive, you will play a lead role in driving business growth by identifying and fostering new customer relationships, managing the sales cycle, and achieving revenue goals.

Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing client strategies, and presenting tailored ERP and business automation solutions to potential clients.

You will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized proposals and negotiate profitable deals that meet customer requirements.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and pipeline management
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions, particularly in ERP, IoT, and business automation
  • Strategic communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proactive and target-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Prior experience in SaaS or technology solutions sales is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the Middle East business ecosystem and ZATCA compliance is a plus
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is highly desirable
