Role Overview
The role supports contract performance management within Baker Hughes Industrial & Energy Technology.
The position covers proposals, contract execution, customer communication, and assigned LNG and power plant equipment orders.
The internal Baker Hughes title is Services Senior Manager - Contract Performance Mgmt.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer assigned proposals and contracts, including customer interface, negotiations, preparation, and contract interpretation.
- Support equipment-only orders for domestic and international LNG and power plant contracts.
- Perform proposal, negotiation, and contract administration work with minimal supervision.
- Support managers and senior contracts personnel on assigned contracts.
- Interface frequently with customers and lead assigned programs.
- Liaise with functional organizations and ensure requirements are communicated properly.
- Review processes to improve overall efficiency and execute objectives affecting business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of contract administration experience.
