Services Account Representative (multiple openings)

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Accounting, Data Analysis, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field, and 2 years of customer service experience.

Must also have:

Experience managing interactions with an assigned customer base; 2. 1 year of experience with SAP/R3 including BO (Business Objects) functionalities; 3. 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel using formulas (VLOOKUP), data management functions (sorting and filtering data, using data validation, and working with tables), and conditional formatting (applying conditional formatting to highlight data based on specific criteria); 4. 1 year of experience with Microsoft Power BI reports using filters and slicers to view specific data within a report, exporting data to excel or CSV, utilizing drill-down and drill-through features to explore data, and creating and saving custom views of reports (bookmarks); and 5. 2 years of experience managing deliverables for a contract portfolio.
