Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and solutions.

Provide technical expertise across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, integrations, and platform development.

Configure and develop ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and Script Includes.

Lead technical activities across design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Troubleshoot complex technical, performance, and integration issues.
Mentor ServiceNow developers and consultants.
Participate in customer workshops, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and presales activities.
Prepare documentation, estimates, solution designs, and implementation plans.
Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline.
