Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and solutions.

Configure and develop ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and Script Includes.
Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, OAuth, SSO, and related technologies.
Provide expertise across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, integrations, and platform development.
Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards and ServiceNow best practices.
Troubleshoot complex technical, performance, and integration issues.
Mentor ServiceNow developers and consultants.
Participate in customer workshops, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and presales activities.
Prepare technical documentation, estimates, solution designs, and implementation plans.
Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of ServiceNow experience with significant hands-on development experience.
