Responsibilities
- Perform ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Crisis Management feasibility assessments and develop roadmap
- Participate in business process redesign workshops
- Collaborate with internal business clients to clarify requirements and convert them into technical and functional requirements
- Establish a technical project plan with key milestones and provide status updates
- Create ServiceNow epics and stories
- Document key technical decisions, issues, and enhancements through the entire development lifecycle
- Assist the project team in resolving technical issues
- Report on development work progress
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure transition from development to operation
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with project team members and key stakeholders across all phases
- Perform ServiceNow SAM Pro feasibility assessments and develop roadmap
Requirements
- University degree or college diploma in business administration, statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of recent demonstrated experience as a technical lead for ServiceNow implementations
- Minimum of 3 years of recent demonstrated experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro related projects
- Demonstrated hands on experience configuring and working with the ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) module
- Demonstrated experience designing and configuring ServiceNow solutions based on business and technical requirements
- Demonstrated experience supporting the ServiceNow development lifecycle (design, build, test, deployment, and transitioning to operations)

Job Description
- Duration: 18 Months Contract
