Job Summary
We are seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to evaluate and refine in-flight ServiceNow programs. The candidate will assess completed scope, platform architecture, data models, integrations, and delivery plans, providing strategic leadership, gap remediation, and architectural oversight across multi-module enterprise implementations.
Requirements
- 10–13 years of total experience with deep hands-on expertise in ServiceNow solution architecture.
- Proven track record of assessing and optimizing in-progress or mid-flight enterprise implementations.
- Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow data models, security frameworks, workflows, portals, and governance.
- Experience designing cross-module solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps.
- Strong expertise in enterprise system integrations, cloud platforms, and API patterns.
- Excellent stakeholder management, technical documentation, and facilitation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
- Formal ServiceNow architecture certifications.
- Strong background in ITIL, enterprise service management, and operational resilience.
