ServiceNow SecOps Developer

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow SecOps solutions including Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Threat Intelligence (TI).

Configure and customize security incident workflows including detection, triage, investigation, response, and remediation.

Implement and manage Vulnerability Response processes , including vulnerability ingestion, prioritization, and remediation tracking.

Integrate ServiceNow with security tools such as SIEM (Splunk, QRadar), vulnerability scanners (Qualys, Tenable), and threat intel platforms.

Configure automated playbooks and orchestration workflows for incident response and threat mitigation.

Develop and maintain business rules, client scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer flows, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) .

Enable Threat Intelligence integration to identify, analyze, and respond to emerging threats.

Implement and manage CMDB integration to correlate assets with security incidents and vulnerabilities.

Create and maintain security dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics for monitoring risk posture and response metrics.

Collaborate with security teams to define and implement best practices and compliance standards .

Provide L2/L3 support , troubleshoot issues, and continuously enhance security workflows and automation.
