Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant professional experience; or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, platform operations, release management, or a related IT discipline.
Experience working with ServiceNow and enterprise platform environments.
Strong knowledge of test planning, test execution, defect management, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
Experience supporting functional, regression, integration, and/or user acceptance testing.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working within Agile software delivery teams.
Experience coordinating software or platform releases, including release readiness, deployment validation, change tracking, and supporting documentation.
Strong documentation skills with the ability to develop and maintain test cases, test plans, release documentation, and operational artifacts.
Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
Strong organization, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to obtain and maintain client-required access as needed.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
Additional hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
Experience implementing or working with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Knowledge of ITIL practices, Change Management, and Release Management.
Familiarity with APIs and enterprise integrations.
Understanding of basic scripting concepts.
Experience supporting enterprise or federal IT environments.
