ServiceNow Performance Analytics Developer

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Performance Analytics solutions in ServiceNow.
• You will develop meaningful Measurements, scorecards, and dashboards tailored to our needs.
• Collaborate with partners to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• You will ensure data accuracy and integrity across analytics modules.
• Optimize platform performance using best practices in scripting and asynchronous processing.
• You will maintain existing analytics configurations and visualizations.
• Provide training and documentation for end-users and administrators.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for analytics-related problems.
• Required Skills & Qualifications: B. Tech in Computer Science Experience with ServiceNow Performance Reporting. Experience with ServiceNow architecture and modules (ITSM, CMDB, etc.). Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting. Experience with data visualization and analytics principles.
