Role Overview
The ServiceNow Manager leads and evolves the ServiceNow practice within the Enterprise Service Enablement portfolio.
The role combines people leadership, platform strategy, technical oversight, and stakeholder management.
The position is responsible for the growth, stability, and maturity of the ServiceNow platform.
Essential Responsibilities
- Lead a distributed team of ServiceNow professionals through coaching, mentorship, and career development.
- Monitor service health, backlog aging, SLA/OLA performance, delivery throughput, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Own the ServiceNow roadmap, platform planning, release adoption, and capability maturity.
- Lead platform modernization and support customer-facing ServiceNow capabilities.
- Balance strategic initiatives with ongoing operational activities.
- Provide architectural direction and technical oversight across ServiceNow programs.
- Review solution designs, integrations, workflows, and configurations for best-practice alignment.
- Maintain platform integrity, scalability, and performance with architects and technical leads.
