Job Description-

  • ServiceNow Customization & Configuration: Expertise in configuring and customizing ServiceNow, including UI customization, Homepage design, Forms, Lists, Views, UI Policies, UI Actions, Reference Qualifiers and Data Imports
  • Scripting & Development: Strong skills in JavaScript, debugging, and performance optimization for Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Catalog UI Policies. Experience with Business Rules, Script Actions, Dictionary Overrides, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, Fix Scripts, and Inbound Email Actions
  • Service Portal & Workflow Automation: Skilled In-Service Catalog, Record Producers, Interceptors, Custom Workflows, Flow Designer, Workflow Administration, and HAM Service Catalogs for process automation
  • Custom Application Development: Experience in building custom applications, including tables, relationships, and UI components tailored to business needs
  • Data Management & Importing: Hands-on experience in Transform Maps, Data Sources, Transform Scripts, Bulk Data Imports via Excel, and Scheduled Jobs for automated data processing
  • ServiceNow Upgrades & Enhancements: Experience with ServiceNow version upgrades, including impact assessment, testing, and deployment
  • Notifications & Surveys: Configured Email Notifications, Inbound Email Actions, Surveys, and Assessments to enhance user engagement
  • Security & Access Control: Expertise in Access Control Lists (ACLs), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and securing records, fields, and UI components
  • Single Sign-On & Integrations: Microsoft Azure AD Integration for User Authentication, REST API, SOAP Web Services, and other system integrations
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze business requirements, optimize workflows, troubleshoot system issues, and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions
  • Knowledge Management: Designed and optimized Knowledge Management processes within ServiceNow, implementing structured workflows, categorization, and approval mechanisms to improve content accuracy, accessibility, and user adoption
