Responsibilities
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain on premises ServiceNow environments
- Manage Development, Test, UAT, Pre Production, and Production environments
- Perform platform cloning, patching, hotfix deployment, and version upgrades
- Monitor platform health, system performance, and availability
- Administer Linux and/or Windows servers hosting ServiceNow components
- Install, configure, and administer MariaDB databases supporting ServiceNow environments
- Monitor database performance and optimize SQL queries
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures
Requirements
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform administration, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and cloning
- Experience with Linux and/or Windows server administration
- Database administration experience, preferably with MariaDB
- Knowledge of backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures
- Experience with MID Servers, integrations, and infrastructure dependencies

Position Overview
- We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Infrastructure & Database Administrator to manage, maintain, optimize, and support our on premises ServiceNow platform.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in ServiceNow infrastructure, system administration, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and database administration, with preference given to candidates experienced with MariaDB.
- This role is responsible for ensuring platform availability, security, scalability, disaster recovery readiness, and overall operational excellence across all ServiceNow environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain on premises ServiceNow environments.
- Manage Development, Test, UAT, Pre Production, and Production environments.
- Perform platform cloning, patching, hotfix deployment, and version upgrades.
- Monitor platform health, system performance, and availability.
- Troubleshoot platform related issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
- Manage MID Servers, integrations, and infrastructure dependencies.
- Support ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and custom applications.
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and architecture standards.
- Administer Linux and/or Windows servers hosting ServiceNow components.
- Manage web servers, application servers, load balancers, and supporting infrastructure.
- Configure and maintain SSL certificates, DNS records, and network connectivity.
- Monitor CPU, memory, disk utilization, and system performance.
