Role Overview
InfoBeans is hiring a ServiceNow Developer with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience.
The role involves designing, developing, configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow platform solutions.
The developer will work with Business Analysts, Architects, Process Owners, and technical teams.
Locations
- The listed locations are Chennai, Pune – Baner, Pune – Viman Nagar, Vadodara, and Indore CITP.
Platform Expertise
- Strong expertise is required across ITSM, Knowledge Management, CMDB, ITOM, and ServiceNow Data Foundation.
- The role requires ServiceNow development best practices and experience with platform configuration and customization.
- Required platform capabilities include Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, Notifications, Scheduled Jobs, and Scripted REST APIs.
- Required configuration areas include Flow Designer, Workflow, Service Catalog, Record Producers, Catalog Items, and approval processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop solutions across ITSM, Knowledge Management, CMDB, ITOM, and Data Foundation.
- Manage CMDB data models, CI classes, relationships, identification and reconciliation, and data quality.
- Develop integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other mechanisms.
- Work with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and related CMDB integrations.
- Configure Knowledge Management and implement Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog processes.
- Conduct testing, resolve defects, support UAT, troubleshoot issues, and support upgrades, patches, and releases.
- Prepare technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM are listed as mandatory or strongly preferred.
- CIS – ITOM, CIS – Discovery, CIS – Service Mapping, and related CMDB, ITOM, or Data Foundation certifications are preferred.
