Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on TPRM
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
- Configure workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Catalog Items
- Develop and support integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub
- Configure and enhance TPRM processes including vendor onboarding, risk assessments, due diligence, issue management, remediation, and continuous monitoring
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Security, Procurement, Risk, and Compliance
- Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and platform standards

Role Overview
