- Serve as the primary point of contact for a community of more than 1,000 citizen developers.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and technical support throughout the application development lifecycle.
- Conduct onboarding sessions, workshops, and hands-on training.
- Create training materials, learning paths, best-practice guides, and FAQ documentation.
