About the Role
COMM-IT MIDDLE EAST is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design, implement, and manage complex ServiceNow solutions. The role requires 10+ years of ServiceNow experience, expertise in multiple modules, and strong scripting and integration skills.

Responsibilities
- Design end to end ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business requirements
- Define and maintain architectural standards, roadmaps, and governance for the ServiceNow platform
- Develop and oversee integration strategies between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems (e.g., Azure AD, Oracle, CMDBs, APIs)
- Lead the development and customization of ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, or custom applications
- Implement ServiceNow workflows, scripts, business rules, UI policies/actions, ACLs, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Manage version upgrades, patch management, and release management processes
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including security, infrastructure, operations, and business units
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Define and enforce coding standards, configuration management practices, and development lifecycle processes
- Maintain system documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters preferred)
