ServiceNow Architect

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and HRSD

Define and govern ServiceNow architectural standards, best practices, and platform roadmap

Design scalable, secure, and high-performance ServiceNow solutions for large enterprise environments

Act as the primary technical authority for ServiceNow-related decisions and solution design

Architect and oversee complex integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server

Drive ITOM architecture including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB strategy

Ensure CMDB data model integrity, governance, and lifecycle management

Lead ITAM implementations including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM)

Design and optimize Customer Service Management (CSM) workflows and omni-channel support solutions

Architect HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions including case management, employee portal, and knowledge

Review code, configurations, and customizations to ensure quality, performance, and security

Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development and implementation teams

Collaborate with business and leadership stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
