Cipher Digital is running a multi-workstream ServiceNow implementation covering ITSM, IRM, Vendor Management/Source-to-Pay/TPRM (integrated with Workday Financials), CSM, SecOps, and CLM.

We're hiring a ServiceNow Analyst who knows the product well and can work directly with business stakeholders to translate their needs into the right ServiceNow solution — guiding them toward what the platform does well and steering them away from requests that don't fit.

• Partner with business stakeholders across workstreams to gather and clarify requirements
• Translate business processes and pain points into ServiceNow-compatible solutions
• Advise stakeholders on what ServiceNow can and can't do well, and recommend the right approach for their need
