About the Role
Tabby is seeking a ServiceDesk Engineer L1 to handle support requests, identify and report bugs, standardize solutions, and automate routine tasks. Requirements
- Experience working with Jira
- Strong soft skills (ownership, facilitation, proactivity, autonomy)
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Datadog, Grafana, Kibana)
- Knowledge and practical use of administrative automation tools
- English at B2 level for written communication and reading technical documentation
- Understanding of software development principles
- Experience writing simple SQL queries

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Experience working with Jira.
- Strong soft skills (ownership and facilitation of ticket handling and resolution processes, proactivity, high level of autonomy).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Datadog, Grafana, Kibana).
- Knowledge and practical use of administrative automation tools.
- English at a level sufficient for written communication and reading technical documentation (B2).
- Understanding of software development principles.
- Experience writing simple SQL queries.
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Cloud.
- Experience with Google Apps Script.
- Scripting skills (Bash, Python, Go).
- Understanding of ITIL processes.
- Basic knowledge of FinTech.
- Jira administration experience.
- Experience at a startup.
