Role Overview
- Deliver high quality service and maintenance training, technical support, product training, commissioning support, and after sales assistance for Teledyne's gas detection systems across the Middle East.
- Support end users, channel partners, EPCs, and system integrators.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver onsite and remote technical services including installation, commissioning, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Conduct comprehensive service and maintenance training for end users, distributors, and system integrators.
- Support application assessments, site surveys, and technical evaluations.
- Contribute to warranty assessments and prepare detailed service reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Provide technical support during customer visits, product demonstrations, and new product rollouts.
- Ensure all activities adhere to Teledyne's values, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Required Experience & Competencies
- Hands on experience servicing gas and flame detection systems (fixed and/or portable) or similar industrial instrumentation.
- Ability to integrate Gas & Fire Gas Detectors & Systems with PLCs, HMIs, and IoT platforms (LTE, Lora WAN, wireless) a big plus.
- Perform on site commissioning of Methan track system on IoT and OGI systems.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in the field.
- Experience in delivering service and maintenance training or customer support in industrial environments.
- Ability to communicate clearly with engineers, technicians, and end users.
- Proactive, customer focused approach with strong organizational skills.
- Willing to travel extensively across the Middle East region.
- Must be able to demonstrate professional record (5+ years) with a proven track record.
- Effective team player with ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
