About the Role
Smell and Smile is hiring a dedicated Refill & Maintenance Technician to refill fragrance machines, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, install new devices, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Responsibilities
- Refill fragrance machines at customer locations
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Install new fragrance devices when required
- Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues
- Ensure all devices are operating efficiently after each service visit
- Provide excellent customer service during site visits
- Submit daily service reports
- Maintain the company vehicle and work tools in good condition
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
Requirements
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
- Previous maintenance or technical experience is preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily schedules
- Responsible, punctual, and committed to quality
- Physically fit for field work
- Basic English communication skills
