- Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and scheduled maintenance activities
- Identify mechanical, electrical, and technical faults using diagnostic equipment and repair manuals
- Carry out repairs and maintenance according to OEM standards and workshop procedures
- Conduct testing and quality checks to ensure vehicles are operating correctly before delivery
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues with guidance from senior technicians or workshop supervisors
- Accurately document repair findings, work performed, and parts utilized
- Ensure timely completion of repair orders while maintaining high quality workmanship
- Maintain workshop tools, diagnostic equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition
- Follow all safety policies, operational procedures, and environmental regulations
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts teams to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- Participate in technical training and continuously improve product and technical knowledge
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems including electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic systems
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and workshop equipment effectively
- Understanding of repair manuals, technical documentation, and OEM procedures
- Knowledge of EV systems and high voltage safety procedures is an advantage
- Familiarity with workshop health and safety practices
- Attention to detail and quality focused mindset
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
