Position Summary
Service technicians diagnose installation issues, assess solutions, and draft timelines for resolution, replacement, or repair.
The role primarily works in the field with minimal manager supervision.
Significant home remodeling experience with windows, doors, siding, roofing, and gutters is required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Confirm scheduled services one to two days in advance.
- Prepare equipment and materials before appointments.
- Review customer details, service requirements, and special instructions.
- Perform services according to company standards and safety protocols.
- Complete services within designated timeframes while maintaining quality workmanship.
- Improve service delivery and customer satisfaction and provide feedback.
- Communicate promptly about issues requiring further resolution or investigation.

- Demonstrate strong customer service skills.
