Responsibilities
- Assist lead teacher with daily classroom operations, including preparing instructional materials and supervising students
- Provide academic and behavioral support to students individually and in groups
- Ensure student safety during pick up, transit, and drop off as bus attendant
- Assist students with boarding and disembarking the bus
- Monitor and maintain appropriate student behavior on the bus
- Assist with loading and unloading student belongings
- Conduct attendance checks and report concerns promptly
- Follow directives from supervisors and adapt to various tasks throughout the day
- Communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, and parents
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a 2 year course in education, child development, or related field preferred
- Previous experience as an Assistant Teacher and Bus Attendant highly desirable
- Strong multitasking abilities and flexible approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, teachers, and staff
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
- Willing to relocate to school accommodation
- EDC, ADQCC certification, and DOT Permit are an advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure student safety during pick up, transit, and drop off.
- Assist students with boarding and disembarking the bus.
- Monitor and maintain appropriate student behavior on the bus.
- Assist with loading and unloading student belongings.
- Conduct attendance checks and report any concerns promptly.
- Follow directives from supervisors and adapt to various tasks as needed throughout the day.
- Efficiently manage multiple responsibilities, including classroom support, student supervision, and transportation duties.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a 2 year course in education, child development, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Teacher and Bus Attendant is highly desirable.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a flexible, adaptable approach to job responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, teachers, and other staff members.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.

Pay
- From AED 2,000.00 per month
